The City of Galax is seeking expressions of interest from consulting engineering firms who wish to be considered to provide professional engineering services for: renovate existing office space to create more functional office space for providing various social services to community members with an option to install an elevator. This will be accomplished through the following elements: Update finishes and light construction to 7,300 S.F. throughout the three story building with heavy renovation to 1,566 S.F.; As an option, an elevator will be installed.

Submit three copies of the proposal to the City Manager’s office, at 111 East Grayson Street, Galax, VA 24333. The proposal must be received at the City office no later than 5:00pm on July 19, 2023.
