CITY OF GALAX DELINQUENT REAL ESTATE TAX LIST FOR 2019 AND PRIOR YEARS
This list reflects delinquent real estate taxes, storm water fees, penalty, interest, and other costs as of June 30, 2020 less amounts paid between July 1 and July 13, 2020 for tracts or parcels of land lying in the City of Galax, VA. Additional interest which has accrued since July 1 is not included in the amount due. The prorated cost of publication hereunder shall become a part of the tax. This list does include some properties which have been referred to a debt collection agency. This list does not reflect costs and fees which may be due to a debt collection agency. Failure to pay all amounts due may result in additional efforts to collect amounts due to the City of Galax up to and including proceedings to sell the described parcels as authorized by Virginia Code 58.1‐3965, et seq., 1950, as amended.
