The public is invited to attend a Flood Resilience Plan Public Feeback Meeting on Thursday, October 23rd, from 5:00-7:00pm, in the Council Chambers, City of Galax Municipal Building, 111 E. Grayson Street, Galax, Virginia. Citizens will have an opportunity to review maps of the City, identify flood-prone areas, and prioritize stormwater infrastructure improvements. The project team, consisting of officials from the City of Galax, the Mount Rogers Planning District Commission (MRPDC) and Stantec Engineering, will be on hand to answer questions.
