Notice is hereby given that the Galax City Council will, on Monday, April 13, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be called on the agenda, in the City Council Chambers of the Galax Municipal Building, 111 E. Grayson Street, Galax, Virginia, conduct a public hearing to receive public comment on a proposed Ordinance amending Chapter 153 of the Galax City Code to reduce requirements for base fees and metering for certain units served by the Galax public water system A copy of the proposed Ordinance is available for inspection in the offices of the City Manager, 111 E. Grayson Street, Galax, VA 24333. All interested citizens are invited to attend.
